Hi my current lease ends in December. Which is fine, I booked a 3 month lease. Its near Warwick and walking distance. However for the second semester in January I'm looking at moving to unite accomodation. They have an ensuite room in raglan house which is within my budget and will take me to end of May before I start my fellowship. Hi guys, I moved out of liverpool last month for another university, but I am currently still stuck in a tenancy with Atlantic Point at Naylor Street unless I could find a replacement student. It is a private ensuite with all bills included. The contract ends on the 6th of July 2024 and has two installments (£1704 each) left. Hi, I am a postgraduate candidate joining UoL in January 2024 and looking for a cheaper accomodation near University of Leicester. On amberstudent I found Marquis Place which is around 100p/week (ensuite and bills included), and it's a 10 min walk to university. The only downside is that it has a 52 week contract. Also, all places have been sold out, and it not being sold out yet seemed a bit dodgy to me. Another accomodation I found was in Liberty Park for 128p/week (ensuite and bills included)

Hello! I have been looking at accommodation in Liverpool and have found a few so far, just wanted to know if anyone has stayed in Williamson Court in Smithdown Lane. I haven't really found much info on them yet and wanted some advice plus they are quite cheap too.
